Getting started

Build a day by day itinerary with hotels, restaurants, activities, and transport each with optional details like time, notes, and location. Pin places on an interactive map and organize them by category with custom icons and colors. When your plan is ready, export it as a PDF or share it via a dedicated link. More features are on the way.

They're great starting points, but they don't let you attach travel documents, generate a PDF and a shareable link from the same plan, or keep map, itinerary, and notes truly in one place. Roveflow is built specifically for multi stop independent travelers who plan every detail.

Right now Roveflow is a web app optimized for desktop planning. You can export your itinerary as a PDF for offline use on the go. A mobile app with navigation and offline access is on the roadmap.

Sharing & export

You can share your trip via a read-only link: anyone can view the full plan without creating an account. Collaborative editing is coming in a future update.

When you create a share link, the trip is synced to our servers with a server-generated session id, a share token, and a 48-hour expiry. After expiry it is deleted and inaccessible. You can create a new link anytime. Registered users can persist links until revoked.

Yes — one-click PDF export gives you a professional itinerary for offline access during flights or in remote areas. More export formats are planned.

Privacy & data

Roveflow is a European project: built, hosted, and stored entirely in Europe. We don't run ads, we don't sell your data, and we don't track you across the web. Your trips are yours. For analytics we use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't track you across websites. Spam protection on the signup form is handled by Cloudflare Turnstile. Your email is managed via Listmonk, an EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant mailing tool. The entire stack runs on Vercel EU.
