Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Roveflow (the "Service"), an independent personal project based in Italy ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Beta service — provided "as is"
Roveflow is currently in PUBLIC BETA. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may contain bugs, change, or be interrupted at any time. You should keep your own copies of important trip information (e.g. via PDF export). We do not guarantee that data — including guest trips and shared links — will be preserved, and guest shared trips are automatically deleted after 48 hours.
2. Who can use Roveflow
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You may use Roveflow as a guest (no account) or with a registered account.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the trip content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service (e.g. to render share links and exports). You are responsible for the content you add and must have the right to use it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Service; attempt unauthorized access; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or use the Service to violate others' rights.
5. Share links
Read-only share links expose the shared trip to anyone with the link. Guest share links expire after 48 hours; registered-user links persist until revoked. Do not share links containing sensitive information you do not want others to see.
6. Availability & changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time during beta, without liability, and may introduce or change usage limits (e.g. guest soft limits).
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of a beta service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of Italy.
